What We Do
The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic’s focuses on four main services to low-income Arkansans taxpayers. They are:

• Help educate the low-income taxpayer about your rights and responsibilities
• Provide low-income taxpayers pro bono (free) representation in IRS tax disputes
• Outreach to low-income Arkansan taxpayers speaking English as a 2nd language
• Identify and fight for issues that affect low-income taxpayers.
