About the Low-Income Tax Clinic

All LITC services are free to individuals who qualify for our services. Our eligibility requirements include taxpayers whose income is up to 250% of the federal poverty level.

Our service area is the entire state of Arkansas – we represent clients in counties across the state and schedule outreach and presentations anywhere within the state lines.

The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic is here to help you with income tax issues. We provide pro bono (free) representation to taxpayers in tax disputes with the IRS. We also help to identify, and fight for issues, that affect low income taxpayers.
